MarryMe Service User Agreement

Welcome to the MarryMe platform — a convenient service for creating and publishing personal wedding pages.

By using the MarryMe service, you accept this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with the terms of the Agreement, please stop using the platform.

1. Service Description

MarryMe provides the ability to create wedding pages with event information, RSVP collection, guest comments, and photos. The service does not require invited guests to register or log into an account — access to the page is provided through a unique link.

2. Public Access and User Responsibility

Your wedding page is accessible to anyone who has the link to it. The service does not place pages in open access or search engines, however anyone with this link can view and leave comments.

Guests are not required to register or log into the system to view the page and send comments and confirmations.

You agree that the information you post (including wedding data, guest names, comments) may become publicly accessible to anyone who receives the link.

You are responsible for to whom and how you distribute the link to your wedding page, as well as for the content of the information posted.

3. User Content

The user is responsible for the accuracy and legality of posted content.

The user guarantees that they do not post materials that violate third-party rights, as well as prohibited or inappropriate content.

The platform administration reserves the right to remove content that contradicts rules or legislation.

4. Registration and Account

To create a wedding page, you must register through Google or other available methods.

The user is obligated to keep their account credentials secure and is responsible for all actions performed under their account.

In case of suspected unauthorized access, please contact support immediately.

5. Gifts and Financial Operations

The service allows posting information about gift delivery methods (bank details, etc.), however all financial operations are carried out directly between users and guests.

MarryMe is not an intermediary and bears no responsibility for any transactions.

6. Privacy and Data

Use of the platform is governed by a separate Privacy Policy, which the user must review. The user gives consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is."

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service operation or the safety of your data.

MarryMe bears no responsibility for third-party actions and possible technical failures.

8. Changes to Terms

MarryMe reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Updates will be communicated through the service or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes means your agreement with the updated terms.

9. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate the Agreement terms or applicable legislation.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of your country of residence. Disputes related to service use are resolved in accordance with the legislation and in the judicial bodies of the jurisdiction of the user's country of permanent residence.
