A. During registration (from page owner):

Names of the bride and groom
Email address (through Google authorization system)
Date and location of the wedding
Texts, photos, event descriptions
Bank details or gift links (optional)

B. From guests (without registration):

Name (provided when sending RSVP or wishes)
Response to invitation (can/cannot attend)
Comments and wishes
Uploaded images (if feature is enabled)

C. Technical information:

Pages used and actions on the website
Cookies and information for behavior analysis

2. How We Use Data

We use information for the following purposes:

Creating and displaying your wedding page
Processing RSVP responses and wishes
User support and feedback
Adapting and improving templates and design
Ensuring security and preventing abuse
Fulfilling legal obligations

3. Public Access via Link

We strive for convenience — and therefore:

Guests don't need to register to view the page and leave comments
The wedding page is accessible via a unique link that you can send to friends and relatives
These pages are not indexed by search engines, however users who receive the link will be able to view and share it

By creating a page and sharing the link, you agree to the possibility of public access and take responsibility for its distribution.

We recommend sharing the link only with those you trust.

4. Data Storage

We store your user data (profile, contacts) while you use our platform or until you delete your account
Wedding data (event information, guest comments, RSVP responses, photos) is automatically deleted one week (7 days) after the specified wedding date
After wedding data deletion, your paid features status is reset, and new payment will be required for their reuse
You can request early deletion of any data at any time by contacting support

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to:

Remember your settings and simplify website usage
Save login sessions
Analyze website usage and improve platform performance

You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools for authorization and service improvement:

2GIS or Google Maps (displaying wedding venue)
